Getting to know your coach

I spent most of my junior years playing soccer at first grade and premier league level, while also competing in track and cross country through school.

Endurance sport has always been a big part of who I am.

I am Cameron, an accredited Athletics Australia Run Coach with over 15 years of experience across running and triathlon.

  • Qualified for Ironman 70.3 World Championships (2019)

  • 12+ Ironman 70.3 races (PB: 4:23)

  • Ironman debut: 9:54

  • Marathon: 3:30 (Ironman debut)

  • Half marathon PB: 1:19

  • 5km PB: 17:30

  • 10km PB: 37:17

  • Multiple age group podiums

  • 1st place AG – Tweed Enduro (2020)

  • 1st place AG – Mackay Marina Half Marathon (2022)

Over time, I naturally found myself helping others, sharing what I had learned, guiding sessions, and seeing people improve. That is what led me to coaching.

I have trained and raced for over a decade, working with some of Australia’s leading endurance coaches, and now bring that experience into how I coach others.

My approach is simple. Structured training, consistent progression, and clear purpose behind every session.

I coach because I genuinely enjoy helping people improve and perform at their best.
